1d9e79cf39 Build+install tools/qt-faststart, a tool to rearrange moov atoms in h264 
files in the .mov container, useful to prepare some files for network
streaming. Same effect as a more complex diff sent by Valery Masiutsin
some time ago. Sync WANTLIB while there.

6dc29bdd61 Actually include bernds tweak (use of MODULES) and bump. 
My only excuse for messing this up is the temperature (brains don't
work very well at 37 deg. celsius air temperature).

4c138a9ba8 dont run jas_cleanup via atexit. fixes a crash on exit seen with 
php cli + pecl-imagick caused by atexit running when jasper has been
unloaded via dlclose.

38572e126a import graphics/quesoglc, from Brad: 
The OpenGL Character Renderer (GLC) is a state machine that provides
OpenGL programs with character rendering services via an application
programming interface (API).

QuesoGLC is an implementation of the GLC. QuesoGLC is based on the
FreeType library, provides Unicode support and is designed to be
easily ported to any platform that supports both FreeType and the
OpenGL API.

0e87aad388 set the pkgspec for LIB_DEPENDS on ffmpeg to a version with schroedinger 
included, so the tools know that old ffmpeg versions won't satisfy the
dependencies listed in WANTLIB.

this way, attempting to install these packages with old ffmpeg will
no longer give you a cryptic error message as seen by dhill@.

6934205da7 bump libavcodec minor and PKGNAME following addition of schroedinger, 
no API change to libavcoded, but make sure depending packages get updated.

078d574784 move shared_mime_info from BUILD_DEPENDS to RUN_DEPENDS. 
found while fiddling with all ports that have @exec/@unexec
update-mime-database in their PLISTs.
