39714ddedd - maintenance update to 0.9.9 .

36b858234d client apps linked to libprelude want to use /var/spool/prelude, so install 
it with libprelude, not prelude-manager

9da869f121 - add an advised rc.local entry in README.OpenBSD. 
- fix /var/run/prelude-manager/ creation.
- fix logfiles paths (still disabled by default).
- regen patches.
- bump PKGNAME.

824597b7b1 Prelude is an opensource Hybrid IDS framework, which is able to use 
different sensors like snort or nepenthes, log files from hostapd etc.

work mostly done before and during c2k6;
initially discussed with reyk@ and sturm@ , help and inputs msf@ alek@;
