e0aed4fb77 Overdue update to postgresql-jdbc-9.0-801.
Switch regress bits to junit w/o version numbers.

Also tested by Amit Kulkarni.

8e7ba82161 Don't try to createlang plpgsql template1 in pre-regress.
Tests still fail, but later, and they hopefully will pass after
an update to the newest postgresql-jdbc.

17639bd9fd Update to version 8.2-505.
See http://jdbc.postgresql.org/changes.html#version_8.2-505 for changes.

While here, remove pointless REGRESS_DEPENDS=${BUILD_DEPENDS}.

8d9d5b0ed3 The JDBC driver for PostgreSQL. It allows Java programs to connect
to a PostgreSQL database using standard, database independent Java
code. It is a pure Java (Type IV) implementation.
