"/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/" is part of mtree(8).
...
Packages should not own this dir to prevent its deletion or a warning that it
cannot be removed because it's not empty at pkg_delete(1) time.

import libivykis 0.34

libivykis is a library for asynchronous I/O readiness notification.
It is a thin, portable wrapper around OS-provided mechanisms such as
kqueue(2) and poll(2).
this is a dependency of more recent versions of syslog-ng.
