cfbb239b6a Remove SHARED_ONLY from all CPAN Perl ports and the cpan and perl MODULES. 
Add WANTLIB+=perl and PKG_ARCH=* as appropriate.

007dea6078 use --libs to specify the path to find libldns; this is no longer auto 
detected (possibly as a result of installperl r1.31 / hints/openbsd.sh r1.57)

unbreaks use of Net::LDNS noticed as a runtime failure of zonemaster-cli

Net::LDNS is a DNS resolver using the ldns library.  It allows the
programmer to perform nearly any type of DNS query from a Perl
script.  For details and examples, please read the Net::LDNS manual
page.
