Update zabbix to version 1.8.2.
Set FULLPKG{NAME,PATH} for the -web subpackage as it is database
independant do we don't need a flavored pkg.

that the configuration wizard can tweak this file
* protect configuration files, they may contain passwords

porting these kinds of apps
