7e3e1277ac Import libmal-0.43.
libmal is simply a convenience library of the object files contained in
Tom Whittaker's malsync distribution, along with a few wrapper
functions.
The malsync utility enables people who have Palm OS devices to sync to
Mobile Application Link (MAL) compliant servers.

a6d686a3e5 Set vgetty path to ${LOCALBASE}/libexec/vgetty instead of hardcoded
/sbin/vgetty.
Disable sysvinit support unconditionally since we don't need it and it
causes the "make fake" stage to fail if a sysvinit startup directory exists
(ie. /etc/init.d/)

14fc44a112 Import of gnokii-0.6.12;
Gnokii is a Unix/Linux tool suite for mobile phones. It provides a
library to communicate with a phone hiding the communication protocol.
The library handles SMS, phonebook, calendar, phone calls, and other
mobile phone capabilities. It supports most of the GSM phones: Nokia
ones using Nokia proprietary protocol and AT-capable ones -- using
standard AT commands.
