upgrade to konqueror-embedded 20030516
...
Besides being a lot more stable this also fixes a security
issue of konq-e not validating the CN (Common Name) field
of a X.509 cert.

- don't hardcode /etc, use SYSCONFDIR instead

- don't change SYSCONFDIR, use CONFDIR/SUBST_VARS instead and if neccessary
use "CONFIGURE_STYLE=gnu old" and explicitly set --sysconfdir=${CONFDIR}
