Don't hardcode the qt3 plugins path in the configure.ac patch but
...
use a variable from CONFIGURE_ENV.
No bump needed, didn't build before.

...
Anthy is an input method for japanese, namely a state machine that
converts between katakana/hiragana/kanji, mostly as a library usable
by other software.
It comes with some emacs stuff.
