37d766f4d0 Update to 0.8, note if someone needs it, the minitar executable is now 
available as a separate gem minitar-cli, which is not in the ports tree.
The only dependent port doesn't need the executable

f0f493d50f Archive::Tar::Minitar is a pure-Ruby library and command-line utility 
that provides the ability to deal with POSIX tar(1) archive files. The 
implementation is based heavily on Mauricio Fernandez's implementation 
in rpa-base, but has been reorganised to promote reuse in other
projects.

This is going to replace archivers/ruby-archive-tar-minitar and to be
used by sysutils/ruby-r10k update.
