e866879e19 - pull in libdvbpsi so we can build the MPEG TS (transport stream) 
demuxer
- fix no_web flavor LIB_DEPENDS
- update WANTLIB
- bump PKGNAME

100b45279f convert a few libspecs to new style. 
Note: no package bump, those are only BUILD dependencies,
the pkg_create code will create the correct wantlib specs.

ab90b0adcc dlopen libstdc++ with lazy|global so other objects can see it and 
to hide some missing _Unwind_* syms that appear to be unneeded for
this hack.

8d2bbfc6c9 move a52 support out of the !no_dvd case since some non-dvd stuff uses 
it, it's also a dependency of a dependency so we'll have it around
anyway

262de91006 * Fix build after removal of inter-library dependencies from ffmpeg. 
* Use -pthread instead of -lpthread in configure.
* Fix a few pointer to int casts.
