Use -O0 on sparc64 until someone figures what makes gcc eat all
...
memory. This allows libpst (and thus evolution) to build on sparc64.

Major update to libpst-0.6.43.
...
This port comes in 2 packages now: -main and -python. That is to keep
the -main dependencies lighter.
Successfully tested by jasper@ and myself.
