c4096e6659 Stop using the daemon class in @newuser. 
If we need to make an exception we can do it and properly document the
reason but by default we should just use the default login class.
rc.d uses daemon or the login class provided in login.conf.d so this has
no impact there.

discussed with sthen@, tb@ and robert@

praying that my grep/sed skills did not break anything and still
believing in portbump :-)

9a8b5ccd06 Change the shebang line from /bin/sh to /bin/ksh in all ports rc.d

0021154eff Minor update to BackupPC 3.3.2, fixing issues with modern Perl 
(unescaped left curly brace in BackupPC/Lib.pm:1228).

Samba 4.2-specific patch is no longer needed.

9763eb2e6e don't force a dep on apache1 mod_fastcgi, modern webservers have fastcgi 
support built-in. ok aja

91faa22c52 Where a program with an rc script _requires_ a certain command line 
parameter to daemonize, move the parameter from daemon to daemon_flags,
so that the user cannot inadvertently prevent it from daemonizing by
adjusting the flags.

Discussed with ajacoutot and schwarze, this method was suggested
by schwarze@ as a simpler alternative to my diff. ok aja@

0729a50672 Import BackupPC 3.2.1. 
BackupPC is a high-performance, enterprise-grade system for backing
up Unix, WinXX, and MacOS PCs and laptops to a server's disk.
BackupPC is highly configurable and easy to install and maintain.
It is written in Perl and extracts backup data via rsync, or tar
over ssh/rsh/nfs.
