ea477c8cfc drop obsolete patch 
It used to silence a warning at startup that nolonger appears and upstream
will eventually remove the offending code, anyway.

Now tg_owt also builds without any pending PRs or local patches.

0fb4d8d24e net/tg_owt: move third party directories instead of symlinking them. 
cmake would install include/tg_owt/third_party/libyuv as a symlink back to
WRKSRC, which happens to work currently but confuses make update-plist.

daa4f07bd8 Replace EXTRACT_CASES for submodules with simpler post-extract symlinks 
No need to manually extract, rename and change the path on the fly;
just leave extraction to bsd.port.mk and symlink the directory.

No code change.

a06954c058 Use DIST_SUBDIR rather than prefixing every fetched patch

02593a73ac Remove unneeded (otherwise packaged) sources earlier

e1764f6a9d Install stripped 
Ship stripped executables until we build debug-* packages (or a custom
DEBUG=... is used);

This brings the telegram-desktop binary down from 236M to 105M.

Sync PLIST while here.

508f81e2aa Do not package bundled headers unless they are required to build tdesktop 
Drop `-f' from rm(1) to spot removing nonexistent files (for example when I
typo some relative path...)

tg_owt is a WebRTC build for Telegram Desktop (net/tdesktop).

WebRTC is an open source project that enables web browsers with Real-Time
Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple Javascript APIs.
The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
WebRTC implements the W3C's proposal for video conferencing on the web.
