2a83757cc3 update to maclookup-1.8 (add a note for locally administered addresses,
so you can distinguish between e.g. phones using privacy MACs and devices
which have a permanent but unknown address)

bb4f39fc75 Update to maclookup-1.6, adds "maclookup -e" which adds the vendor
name to the end of the line rather than inline, useful for annotating
dhcp configs.

Add Text::CSV_XS dependency, it's small and 10x faster than CSV_PP.

3acee97976 new version of maclookup: switch to using the CSVs, and strip off nibbles
instead of bytes when searching to cope with 28-bit vendor prefixes

af889a6535 move mac address databases to a subpackage, and generate it based on the newer
CSVs which include MA-S (32-bit vendor), MA-M (28-bit vendor) as well as the
old standard 24-bit vendors.

46b97d0840 import ports/net/maclookup, this is a simple filter to display vendor names
next to MAC addresses found in standard input.  ok pea@
