Follow the upstream recommendations for packagers and switch to
multi-packages:
devel/gettext       -> devel/gettext,-runtime
devel/gettext-tools -> devel/gettext,-tools

00286f20a6 Use glebius's fork which has a lot of improved code for kqueue support. Upstream 
is too slow to respond for now.
Add a pkg-readme while here.

7c560ce235 bump REVISION of minidlna to force updates; no idea what abi changed 
but the old binary on my system wasn't answering UPNP multicast and
rebuilding fixed it for me.

0d0233e6d9 Add comment to minidlna config file suggesting use of uuid, based on part of 
a diff from LEVAI Daniel.

Mention the name ReadyMedia in COMMENT/DESCR (the project name has changed
upstream; possibly this was done to avoid using the letters d l n and a in
the name; I have not changed PKGNAME at this time).
