fa58135684 update to fluidsynth-1.1.9; not the newest, but seems the last one that 
still builds ok with autoconf with only light fiddling, and the sndio
patchset needs more work to adapt to cmake.

5608961680 fluidsynth: fix the build with clang on powerpc 
Unlike gcc, clang defines __POWERPC__ and as such wants to include a
non-existing header. Bring back gcc's behaviour by deleting the
troublesome #ifdef.

Follow the upstream recommendations for packagers and switch to
multi-packages:
devel/gettext       -> devel/gettext,-runtime
devel/gettext-tools -> devel/gettext,-tools
(new)                  devel/gettext,-textstyle

bb921d2165 use AUTOCONF_ENV and add correct env variables, so that those ports work 
even if /usr/local is not part of the builder's path.

a183b75553 "/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/" is part of mtree(8). 
Packages should not own this dir to prevent its deletion or a warning that it
cannot be removed because it's not empty at pkg_delete(1) time.

dda2f1b4d3 Record depend on libsndfile, autoconf picks it up and it's reasonable small. 
Explicitly disable some other things autoconf looks for which we don't currently
have but are in the realms of possibility. Based on a diff from Jan Stary.

f0c28ec4fd - update to FluidSynth 1.1.6 
- disable jack dependency, it doesn't work (noticed by Jan Stary)

- add a note explaining that you need a soundfount and point people
at the generaluser-gs-soundfont package

a0771359b0 explicitly disable pulseaudio in these ports so they won't pick it up 
when it becomes available.

8176f6e6e3 make sndio audio and midi drivers the default. remove patch to use 
jackd default sample rate by default.  use SIO_LE_NATIVE.

cdfa57bd4a - use the period size setting as a hint for the preferred period 
size, but actually use the size returned by sndio. suggested by
ratchov.

0df171533b internal data is converted from float to native endian integer data. 
configure 16-bit output for cpu native endian encoding.
