use _CKSUMFILES in clean=dist, and recurse if we notice there are

SUPDISTFILES, so we get them as well.

This misbehavior noticed by Mikolaj Kucharski.

(the intention is obviously to regrab everything to verify whether
anything changed, and that includes SUPDISTFILES)
