Update devel/py-monotonic 1.3 -> 1.5 Update to latest. Drop the python3 flavor since it is a backport of functionality from later Python 3.x (already swept our tree to eliminate Python3 consumers). Import py-monotonic, tweaks/ok jca@ This module provides a monotonic() function which returns the value (in fractional seconds) of a clock which never goes backwards.
