Use rerolled distfile Upstream apparently shipped at new tarball for the same 1.6 release that merely includes the oniguruma sources, which we explicitly disable anyway in favour of the dedicated textproc/oniguruma port. Avoid fetch failures from GitHub and fallback to the next MASTER_SITES by using the new tarball instead.
