- stop explaining how to add fvwm2 to xinitrc, and remove some more obvious bits. pointed out by danh@, ok pval@ (MAINTAINER)

The icon set coming with fvwm2 has been installed into
${PREFIX}/share/pixmaps/fvwm. Make sure to set your ImagePath
appropriately.
