Upgrade lam to 6.5.1 o old patch and COMMENT going away o fix a symbollic link problem o integrate COMMENT into the Makefile o take over maintinership o no longer marked broken Hats off to Jeff Squyres <jsquyres@lsc.nd.edu> (a LAM developer) for testing on/hammering an OpenBSD machine in preparation for this release version.
