Update to Palm SDK-4.0 + upd1, rework the port. Introduce ACCEPT_PALMOS_SDK_LICENSE which has to be set to Yes by the user to be able to use this port. Just to be safe, since their restrictions are becoming more and more unclear. naddy agreed a while ago 2002-05-03 17:00:39 -04:00			`\| BEFORE using this software.`
