Pav Lucistnik c7397b2f5d - adds _tor user and gourp for tor to run as
- puts data into /var/db/tor/data  -  TAKE NOTE WHEN UPGRADING!
- working tor.sh!!! (finally. sorry for not doing this earlier!)
