Martin Cracauer e375457f7c Update to ILU-2.0alpha13. ... Disable native shared library support, doesn't work, use own scheme as before. Don't use shared library version numbering on ELF for now, needs more thought. Document shared library version numbering scheme I chose. Pump shared library version number on aout.
