e2guardian configure script doesn't respect --without-dgdebug option and end up building binary with debug support since it was upgraded to 5.3.1. Pass --with-dgdebug=off explicit when DEBUG option is not set. While here, include --with-newdebug parameter to make sure all debug will be disabled.
