Akinori MUSHA aa19923bc9 - Update to the latest version ja-ndtpd-2.3.8 (patched). 
- Refine startup script.
    o Be friends with `/etc/rc.shutdown'.
    o Accept only standard arguments.
    o Add a $FreeBSD$ keyword.
