Trevor Johnson 683f4f96a4 Update the author's master site to ftp.cs.bath.ac.uk, and add
sunsite.univie.ac.at. The latter was found with
(URL:http://www.alltheweb.com/search?cat=ftp). I've placed the
Austrian site first in the list because of past troubles at the
author's site. Remove BROKEN line.
