Jacques Vidrine f9d9c4695e * Remove gmake from BUILD_DEPENDS; it is implied by USE_GMAKE.
* Allow override of CONFIGURE_ARGS.
* Control building of KerberosIV compatible libraries with
  KRB5_KRB4_COMPAT.
* Use ECHO, FALSE, and DO_NADA as appropriate.
* Combine pre-fetch and do-fetch targets.
