Update webkit-gtk[23] to 1.4.8. Switch webkit-gtk3 to compiler:c++11-lib instead of homegrown clang code [2]. This unbreaks the build on 8.x. Axe WEBGL and WEBAUDIO options and turn them on by default (like upstream intended). Disabling them leads to wierd build failures, due to untested build paths.
