Doug Barton b6b738d7a2 Update to 1.4.1, which incorporates the security fix that was previously
a patch, and adds support for some new UPS'.

For the port, update MASTER_SITES, add new stuff and retire one driver
that's been consolidated into one of the existing drivers.
