Yuri Victorovich 99ca5a6639 sysutils/ipfs-go: Switch to upstream-provided source tarball 
Since v0.4.17, go-ipfs started to provide full source tarball [1]
which includes all dependencies required for build. Switch port
to use it instead of LOCAL/yuri/ipfs-go-gx-*.tar.xz
