Jing-Tang Keith Jang 9bc169cf18 Change ${PREFIX} to ${LINUXBASE}, and set ${PREFIX} to ${LINUXBASE}.
Also fix spacing errors which existed since it was imported.

Inspired by:	asami's linux_base commit & portlint -abct
