Alexey Dokuchaev c48eda2077 net-mgmt/victoria-metrics: update to version 1.61.1 (for real) ... Previous update (b7932af8f5) to version 1.61.0 had been incorrectly marked as update to version 1.61.1; it also missed the BUILDINFO_TAG update. Luckily, upstream made a quick last-minute bugfix release, so use this opportunity to update VictoriaMetrics ports and document these unfortunate mistakes.
