Baptiste Daroussin 0c5383c3b0 Add a new @touch keyword
it takes 1 pr N arguments, it creates each of the said files
if they do not exist yet

As it is using lua, it means it has the bonus of being cross installable,
rootdir friendly and sandboxed.
