Joe Marcus Clarke e012abb3d1 Disable thread support by default. This was interfering with ports ... such as mod_php4 with DOMXML support. It also has the potential of affecting other ports on -STABLE that rely on libxml2 to build shared libraries. I have filed a bug with the libxml2 developers to see if we can rectify this situation moving forward.
