03575ddef2 - Add seq2 to the dependency list. 
- Add a regex replace for seq -> seq2

ecd49e02ac Mark as BROKEN, since it uses strndup() which FreeBSD does not have. 
When this problem is fixed, the following additional steps are needed to
make the port operational:

- require *threaded* lang/perl5.8;
- modify MAKE_ENV similar to what math/PDL currently does.

83764e1daa Update search.cpan.org WWW: entries to have a trailing slash. 
Change some URLs from author dirs to dist dirs.

The example in the porter's handbook didn't have the trailing slash;
mea culpa for not having caught that when it went in.

c49d1a3273 Remove the FreeBSD KEYWORD from all rc.d scripts where it appears. 
We have not checked for this KEYWORD for a long time now, so this
is a complete noop, and thus no PORTREVISION bump. Removing it at
this point is mostly for pedantic reasons, and partly to avoid
perpetuating this anachronism by copy and paste to future scripts.
