36ca7be718 Define MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD, as this port installs bin/elk which can

f06d13b6ff Add tk virtual category where missing. List of ports which depend on tk 
but aren't in a tk virtual category from
 awk -F\| '$9 ~ /tk-/ && $7 !~ /tk/ {print $1}' INDEX

I didn't do anything about the ports which depend on things which depend
 on a tk revision.  I'd be afraid that the depended-upon port might change
 and thus outdate the virtual category in the depender.

aftp manipulates and browses Apple II disk images.  It
supports both Apple  DOS 3.3,  ProDOS  and  XGS  images.
Both  binary  floppy  images  (.IIE)  and hard disk volume
(.HDV) images are also supported.

3a9f827bef Move EXTRACT_ONLY down to "misc. variables" section. Put quotes around 
reason for RESTRICTED.  "--prefix=${PREFIX}" in CONFIGURE_ARGS is not
necessary if GNU_CONFIGURE is set.
