acd19d78e8 Add NO_LATEST_LINK -- these are not the latest versions, and we shouldn't 
depend on ordering in the parent Makefiles for the links to be created
correctly.

0cfd42308a Make this thing syslog(3) like the stock ftpd(8). 
We now use facility FTP vs. DAEMON, and many LOG_NOTICEs were down graded
to LOG_INFO.  Out of the box, this thing will fill your `messages' file
so full, you'd never see anything else in it again, on a busy ftp server.

d44a58abe9 Define NO_LATEST_LINK for net/ncftp3 and www/squid12 because these are 
unstable betas with better versions in the tree.  (There are probably more
but these were the only ones I could pull off the top of my head.)

Set NO_PACKAGE, since the hostname is compiled into several binaries.

624195f076 Upgrade to Academ 2.4.2-beta-12 as recommended by AUSCERT security 
advisory.

P.S. this version is much improved comparing to what we have previously,
f.e. it already contains most of our fixes.
