This ... was happening if the static structures were used, but not when the tlsChannelType structure was created on the fly (as is needed for use with different versions of TCL). Mikhail Teterin	6f57d472f6	Upgrade to the latest version 1.4. It will be _required_ for TCL ... 8.3.2 and above, and helps the earlier versions too. Remove the patches and provide our own Makefile.bsd instead. Also, remove the WITH_TCL8? spaghetti and use a simpler TCL_VER?=8.3 aproach.
