9d3376a517 Unmark FORBIDDEN 
Upgrade to 2.0pl3

Remove client support.  dhclient is in the base system.  Anyone
needing it from ports can use 3.0

0ceb8693e5 This fixes the suposed fix of Makefile rev 1.29 ad patch-aj rev 1.1. 
This port is now PREFIX clean and installs files into the right locations
(I previously marked it BROKEN because it wasn't).

2d5a1b43d5 BROKEN='port installs files into /etc (dhclient.conf) rather than PREFIX/etc' 
Also, dhcpd.conf must be in /etc the way isc-dhcp2 is compiled.

This lets dhclient run without someone creating a customized file.

a6621d4552 Serves me right for committing work I hadn't looked at in over a month. 
This cleans up everything, installs man pages properly, et al.

The dhcp client is not installed, since it is not yet functional.

c98cfd116d Compress a bunch of manpages. Remove unnecessary @ directives from 
PLISTs.

Note: I know that this is going to break some symlinks and/or .so
includes, I will back some of these out as I run into these during
package building.
