25eb63ff48 Add an option to disable fetch/install of the optional additional cardsets (12MB).
I'm waiting for tg's resolution to make this option default.

Also add installation of the additional music files if WITH_SOUND is defined.

165ef83f6b Adjust for the libgtkgl version bump.
I hate this, but:
PEOPLE, WHEN YOU ARE UPGRADING SOME LIBRARY AND SEEING VERSION BUMP PLEASE
ADJUST LIB_DEPENDS OF ALL PORTS DEPENDING ON THAT LIBRARY!

28824c0b83 Add LSH, a login program similar to SSH. It depends on SECSH, which does
not require any patent-encumbered encryption algorithms, unlike SSH1, which
depends on RSA, and SSH2, which is not free (of course, these days, this is
not so true thanks to OpenSSH, but it's good to have alternatives!).

22ef18a510 Update to 1.3.5. I cleaned up the Makefile in addition to the PR, and
made pkg/MESSAGE respect PREFIX (which made this port finally pass the
mandatory ``portlint -ac'' test).

908df9c456 Add explicit test if /usr/lib/libdes.a is not a symlink to avoid
problems on 4.0-STABLE (5.0-CURRENT probably, too) if kerberos4
is installed.

cc9df479e9 Don't share any directories with the vile port. This allows the
xvile port to be deleted without impacting the vile port.

Make sure that empty directories are deleted.
