Remove from MASTER_SITES sites that don't have the now obsolete (by ID's
...
standards) quake101.zip. This reduces the sites to 3, but until Cracked.Com
releases a new version of the Linux Quake loader, there's not much more we
can do.

BUILD_DEPENDS is actually checked from within the extract target, and
thus covers everything from extract to build.)

Not sure about the legality of including Quake shareware on the CD. I'll check into it, but for now, set NO_CDROM to be safe.
