4d9e7fb643 With portmgr hat on, reset Roger's maintainership of these ports. While
he hopes to get back to FreeBSD work soon, it's probably fairer in the
meantime to see if anyone else who has more time can adopt them.

c3168654d6 Add vid, a program to capture single frames from USB Cameras using
the OV511 chipet.

Cameras include
 * Creative Labs WebCam 3
 * D-Link DSB-C300
 * Puretek PT-6007
 * Koala-Cam
 * Lifeview RoboCam
 * AverMedia InterCam Elite
 * MediaForte MV300

FreeBSD will tell you if you have an OV511 camera at boot time
if you have usb and ugen support enabled
