61a90bd369 Changed my mind regarding the place where to install the docs: this
now all goes below ${PREFIX}/share/texmf/, so to conform with other
TeX ports.

Need to install header.tex, though i rather decided to rename that file
while installing.

Now it's ready to go. ;-)

3949584ae9 Don't send the generated output to the printer by default.
Sending the file by default to the printer is (IMHO):

. counter-intuitive; the name a2ps suggests that the tool converts
ASCII (plus other files) to Postscript, but it by no means gives a
hint that it would print something without asking,

. violating the Unix way; we've got pipes, and people are used to use
them when they want to print something (IMHO there isn't even a good
reason for adding all the -P bloat to a2ps at all, but of course, i
  don't suggest changing _that_),

. contradictionary to all the documentation about a2ps since the docs
tell you that it would only start printing if a -P or -c option is
  being provided,

. a waste of paper for the brave user who starts the program in the
innocent assumption to get just a Postscript file out of it.

6c6d0742e8 A number of changes to this port:
* Portlint and clean up some style bugs
* Replace a hand-rolled configure script with pre/post-configure and
GNU_CONFIGURE (side-effect is to respect CC and CFLAGS in the build
  instead of using -O2)
* respect the value of INSTALL_SCRIPT so the installation doesn't bomb out
when we pass in INSTALL_PROGRAM as well
* allow automatic packaging (the MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD) seems to be a hold-
over from several years ago before package builds were done separately.

dbba8af644 Overhaul QT/KDE support:
- bsd.port.mk update to use bsd.kde.mk for USE_{QT,KDE}*
- Cleanup corresponding ports for bsd.kde.mk update.
- Fix bsd.kde.mk: use correct kdelibs dependency, put qt at the bottom,
introduce QT_NONSTANDARD variable for nonstandard configure setup.
- Update KDE2 to 2.1.1. Two patches included in x11/kdelibs2 to fix the
proxy authentication that was broken for 2.1.1. Remove old patches.
- Potentially fix kdelibs build for alpha.
- Fix qt-designer 2.3.0 build.
- Ruby stuff left alone since it looks like black magic to me. Should
still work w/ compat shims for older USE_QT[,2] style. Some others
were also left alone for the same reason.

63432c12c7 - "Gelhaus driver" (cdj850) wasn't active in gs, fix that
- therefore bump port revision
- add a makefile template, so that it will be compiled in
- patch configure.batch and the interactive one
interactive configuration is still not enabled, because every
driver entry needs to be checked thoroughly if its still present,
if more printer models are supported, if there are new printers/drivers,
etc ... This needs time that I currently don't have.
  Any taker ???

620e8e9b76 update from apsfilter 6.1.0 to 6.1.1
- a duplex printing password fix turned out incompatibility of
BSD od(1) to other flavours of od(1).
- apsfilter 6.1.1 contains the duplex password fix
+ a substitution of od(1) with hexdump which also seems to be
  available on Linux and Solaris.
- no PORTREVISION dump since we have a new release
- added pkg-message file for easier handling and addition of
  notification to apsfilter *package*
had to change configure script and Makefile to follow that new
  infrastructure.
- troff notification in dependency to FreeBSD version
