3103ea2f76 Move "etlfonts freefonts getbdf sharefonts tkfont xfed xmbdfed" from 
x11 to fonts.  While I'm here, change the category names in some
(hopefully all) CJK font ports.

8c345c0ebb Add WRKSRC, seems like fetch creates all the subdirectories in the 
created-on-the-fly tarfile.

ae845691d5 Use xfed sources from ftp.demon.co.uk. I tried this server with 
FETCH=wget on a 2.1.0 system.

c98cfd116d Compress a bunch of manpages. Remove unnecessary @ directives from 
PLISTs.

Note: I know that this is going to break some symlinks and/or .so
includes, I will back some of these out as I run into these during
package building.

dc3698e249 Convert from ncftp to fetch. I'm not really happy with this ports 
do-fetch: routine, as it doesn't check the return value of fetch (or
ncftp when it was in there), but I'm not about to start hacking this
late in the game.

df6824661e Add a pre-clean target to delete the "src" subdirectory, which is a 
staging area to create the tarball during fetch.

ac3066bf75 Add CATEGORIES lines to a whole bunch of port Makefiles. Some ports are in 
multiple catagories - I'll expect the various MAINTAINERS to make further
adjustments (and add any KEYWORDS lines) themselves.

ba2097f169 With my reversal of the INSTALL_MANPAGES logic in bsd.port.mk, none of 
these need to have INSTALL_MANPAGES=	yes anymore.

e1273eb09a xfed, a program to edit .bdf files. This stuff is so old, I couldn't 
find a site that has a tarball of the latest sources so I had to write
my own "fetch:" target to get the files and tar them up.

Maybe we can add a rule like this to bsd.port.mk.  Interested parties
please take a look at the Makefile.
