3d2a5cdd80 Give this port half-a-chance of actually fetching. All the sites 
I tried couldn't handle automatic .tar and .gz of a directory, but
they could handle .tar -only.

2c54b710d9 Chineselized Tk ver. 8.3.0. This version is i18n improvement. 
This changes the behavior of Tk on X where X Input Methods (XIM) were
recognized and used without question.
With 8.3, they will be recognized and initialized, but not used unless
XIM is turned on (tk useinputmethods 1).  This should only affect users
users with special input methods, and the new default behavior should
be more beneficial to the average user.

d74fb03b0a Upgrade to the version 1.4, which is required for TCL-8.3.2 and 
usefull  for  earlier  ones.  Get rid  of  patches  and  provide
Makefile.bsd  instead   (which  uses  bsd.lib.mk).   Remove  the
WITH_TCL8x spaghetti and rely TCL_VER?=8.3 instead.

I think, I botched my previous commit, so this applies to it too.

6f57d472f6 Upgrade to the latest version 1.4. It will be _required_ for TCL 
8.3.2 and above, and helps  the earlier versions too. Remove the
patches and  provide our own Makefile.bsd  instead. Also, remove
the WITH_TCL8? spaghetti and use a simpler TCL_VER?=8.3 aproach.
Note, that this port now assumes the usage of TCL_STUBS.

2ff8e3998f Add 2 new sites to fetch the sources from. These were found using 
ftpsearch. The standard master sites have apparently deleted these
older versions from their repositories.

abbe92fc7c (1) Update values of OSREL/OSVERSION to match reality. 
(2) (portbuild) Change no-output timeout from 1800 to 3600.  Some ports
    seem to actually take more than 30 minutes inside a command.

(3) (portbuild) Add -p flag to tar when extracting bindist.

(4) (makeindex) Remove the -j flag to make index, the argument was 1 anyway.
