88d74bc517 Switch from mysql322-{client,server} to mysql323-{client,server}. 
mysql323-client installs libmysqlclient.so.10 (instead of
libmysqlclient.so.6).

mysql323-{client,server} are production quality, now (according to
MySQL AB at least).

d1c37e0334 Add symbols for IMAP cclient (mm_*) to php.map. Thus IMAP support 
works again after adding --enable-versioning.

908df9c456 Add explicit test if /usr/lib/libdes.a is not a symlink to avoid

51b9eaadc2 sybase and sybase-ct are mutually exclusive. So split Sybase into SybaseDB 
and SybaseCT and yell if there are selected both.
