55ff798a18 Modify flexbackup to use MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR, and also make pkg/MESSAGE 
more PREFIX-friendly. Also, put flexbackup docs in share/doc/flexbackup.
Reflect this doc change in MESSAGE too.
