d84c870683 Use ${OSVERSION} instead of ${OSREL} for comparisons -- the latter 
might expand into something like "2.2.8" and can't be compared numerically.

6c53332d69 tkcon, a replacement for the standard console that comes with Tk. 
It provides many more features than the standard console and is
meant primarily to aid one when working with the little details
inside tcl and tk.

89f4cfc9bc Time::HiRes module: High resolution time, sleep, and alarm. 
Implement usleep, ualarm, and gettimeofday for Perl, as well as wrappers
to implement time, sleep, and alarm that know about non-integral seconds.

748713c3f6 As threatened, enforce the "Capital, no period" rule. Ellipses are 
permitted.  Note that, given current numeric motif of PW, this is done
in four equally-sized commits of 393 files each.
